About the Run 3.2 for 32
The Koshka Foundation’s Run/Walk for Remembrance unites local communities with Virginia Tech alumni in commemoration of the Virginia Tech tragedy of April 16, 2007, to create national awareness and partnerships that recognize compassion, peace and respect as fundamental rights towards a safe future.
Our first event in DC, this is a chance for the local Virginia Tech and VA/DC community to come together in strong unity and remembrance of the five year anniversary of the tragedy.

Moment of Remembrance & Race Starts: 8:00am

Is there a cost to register?
Race admittance is free.You may register on-site as well.
Can I bring friends?
Yes! We encourage everyone to attend – regardless of running level or college football affiliation.
Is this a fundraiser?
Kind of. The race is free for all, any collected donations will go towards our new campaign: the Immediate Help Fund, bringing financial support and counseling to future victims of school violence. All donations are 501c3 tax-deductible.
What can I do after the run?
Hang around for the group picture, then join us in DC for snacks & drinks. Final brunch event details will be announced soon.
